ASAP 2022

July 12 - July 14 2022

SUBMISSION Information

Guidelines for Submissions

  • The authors must make the submissions through Easychair.

  • The submission step may require the submitting author to create an account with the submission system. Depending on whether you are already logged into the system or not, when you click on the above link, you may go directly to the submission page or to the author console page to start your submission; you will need to click on the “Create new submission” button.

  • The authors must select the PC members who have conflicts of interest with the submission. This includes past advisors and students, people with the same affiliation, and recent (~2 years) coauthors and collaborators.

  • After the abstract submission deadline, you cannot change the author list and order entered in the system.

  • The authors must submit their contributions electronically in PDF format.

  • The manuscript for a full paper should not exceed 8 single-spaced, double-column pages using 10-point size font on 8.5×11 inch pages (IEEE conference style), including references, figures, and tables.

  • The manuscript for a short paper should not exceed 4 single-spaced, double-column pages.

  • Non-anonymous preprints (on arXiv, social media, websites, etc.) are permitted. Reviewers will be instructed not to look for such preprints actively, but encountering them will not constitute a conflict of interest. Authors may submit work already available as a preprint (e.g., on arXiv) without citing it; however, previously published papers by the authors on related topics must be cited (with adequate anonymization to preserve double-blind reviewing).

  • All papers will be reviewed by at least three program committee members, with a double-blind review process.

  • All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings and published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Template

  • Authors must use the standard IEEE templates in format A4 and not include page numbers.

  • Templates are available directly from IEEE (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).

  • The authors must submit their contributions electronically in PDF format.

  • ASAP 2022 uses a double-blind reviewing system. Manuscripts must not identify authors or their affiliations; those that do will not be considered.

  • References to the authors’ prior work should be made in the third person, in the same way one would reference work by others. If necessary, to maintain anonymity, citations may be shown as “Removed for blind review.”

Prospective authors are invited to upload original and unpublished papers in the submission link below.
